▪️ You have a general contractor under contract already but need a design plan and want to work with an interior designer. You may also need decor and/ or furniture.
▪️ You're looking for an interior designer to help you choose all of the selections for your build and make it all come together cohesively.

▪️ You have a general contractor under contract already but need a design plan, elevations & renderings so that your GC knows exactly what they're doing.
▪️ You're doing this build or renovation yourself, but you need design plans and material selections so that the final product has that designers touch.

We offer a few ways of working together. Either a fixed price model, per hour model, or a hybrid model that encompasses both.

This service is for you if:
▪️ You're working with a general contractor already and need construction interior design floor plans and interior cabinetry elevations so you and your GC know exactly what to build.
▪️ You're doing anything that requires drafting; floor plans, elevations, electrical plans. Our drafting services are unlimited.

This service is for you if:
▪️ You're working with a general contractor already and need construction interior design floor plans, interior cabinetry elevations and want to add renderings to the package to get the full photo realistic visual so you and your GC know exactly what to build.
▪️ You're doing anything that requires drafting; floor plans, elevations and renderings. Our drafting and renderings services are unlimited. Incorporating both interior and exterior options.

This service is for you if:
▪️ You have a general contractor under contract already, you have all of the plans completed and you need renderings to be able to visualize how the final design and products will flow cohesively together.
▪️ You need interior or exterior renderings. All we need are your blue prints and material & color selections and we can provide full photo realistic renderings.
